BAYVIEW YMCA – Located at 1601 Lane Street. Gym phone is: 822-7728. Gym Director is Tino Ellington.
ST. BRENDAN - Located at 201 Ulloa Street off Laguna Honda. Gym phone is: 564-5775. Gym Director is Dave Lopez. No food, drink or gum allowed in gym. It must be kept in lobby.
BT WASHINGTON – Located at 800 Presidio Avenue.
ST. CECILIA - Located at 18th and Vicente Avenue. Gym Director for the Boys season is Pete Franceschi and for the Girls season is Chris Watters. Gym phone is 664-6905.
CORNERSTONE - Located at 501 Cambridge Street, cross street Bacon. Gym Director is Susan Loo. Please note the address of the gym: 501 CAMBRIDGE STREET. This is not the same as the school.
- No food allowed in gym. Bottled water is ok.
- Enter from side door, NOT the front door. Gym opens 15 minutes before first game of the day. No parking in lot before 6:00pm
CYO - Located at 699 Serramonte Del Rey. Take Serramonte Blvd. Exit. Continue up Serramonte Blvd past Serramonte Shopping Center. Go approximately 2 to 3 more blocks until you see a sign on the left of street stating 699 Serramonte Del Rey. Turn left into driveway, park in parking lot. Walk towards front doors of building, turn right on walkway through the gates, turn left on walkway to gym door. Gym Director is Patrick Dillon.
- Please note: There is limited seating in the gym so please be prepared to wait in lobby until previous game is completed.
CUNHA - Located in Half Moon Bay, so allow one hour driving time from S.F. Take Highway 1 to Half Moon Bay and turn left at Kelly Avenue (one block past the major intersection of Hwy. 92) then one block to Cunha Intermediate School, corner of Kelly and Church Street. Directly across the street from Our Lady of the Pillar Church. The gym has no phone.
ST. ELIZABETH - Located at the corner of Wayland and Goettingen Streets, (west from San Bruno Avenue). Gym is under Church. Gym Director is Peggy Youngblood. Gym phone is 468-9895.
ST. EMYDIUS – Located at 255 Jules Avenue between Holloway and De Montford, one block off Ocean Avenue. Gym phone is 469-5805. Gym Directors are Jon Kurpinsky and Vinny Toth.
EPIPHANY - Located at 800 Vienna Street, north from Geneva Avenue. Gym is located on second floor of Nano Nagle Hall. Gym Director is Rick Simpliciano. Gym Phone is 333-5562.

ST. GABRIEL - Located at 41st Avenue and Ulloa Street (south from Taraval Street). Gym Phone is 564-8666. Parking is only in the main parking lot.
GOOD SHEPHERD - Located in North Pacifica, at 909 Oceana Blvd. From the top of Skyline Blvd. In Daly City, continue south on Highway 1 for two miles to Paloma Avenue turnoff. Follow Paloma to Oceana Blvd., turn left on Oceana Blvd. Gym is located down second driveway. Gym phone is 650 355-9843.
HERBERT CENTER - Located at 2222 Broadway, between Fillmore and Webster Streets. On-street parking only. Enter via private driveway adjacent to school building and enter gym at end of driveway. Take elevator from roof to gym floor. Gym Director is Larry Minnich for the girls program and Paul Harvey for the boys. Gym Phone is 292-3105.
HOLY NAME - Located at 40th Avenue and Lawton Street (south from Lincoln Way). Gym Directors are Vince Delucca and Ron Alcaraz.
ST. JOHN - Located on Chenery Street at Burnside Avenue, (east from Diamond Street). Entry is from the schoolyard, off Chenery. Gym Phone is 239-4768.
MERCY - Located at 3250 – 19th Avenue across from Stonestown.
· No food or beverage (except water) is allowed in the gym.
· NO PARKING ON SCHOOL GROUNDS. PARK ON JUNIPERO SERRA BLVD. AND WALK DOWN STAIRS TO THE YARD AND GYM.
MISSION DOLORES - Located on Church Street between 16th and 17th Streets. Gym Directors are Derek Turner and Steve Foy. Gym phone is 626-0992.
ST. MONICA - Located on Geary Blvd. between 23rd and 24th Avenues. The gym is in the basement of the school. Gym Directors are Tom Mullen and Daymetreus Sessoms. Gym phone is 751-0781.
NDV - Located on Pine Street, between Grant and Stockton. The gym is in the basement of the school and is not visible from the street. Upon arrival, let the players out so they can walk in via the driveway, which is off Pine, just up from Grant – then park outside (use of the parking lot is not allowed. CAUTION: OFF-STREET PARKING IN THIS AREA IS A “TOW-AWAY” until 6:00p.m. except for the “white zone” adjacent to the school. Parking is available for a fee, in the Sutter-Stockton Garage. Gym Director is Dimitrios Tsokas. Gym phone is 399-1395.

OLV - Located at 795 Sunnydale Ave. Gym Director is James Long.
ST. PAUL - Located at 1690 Church Street at the corner of 29th Street and Church.
ST. PETER PACIFICA - Located at 700 Oddstad Blvd., which is in South Pacifica’s Linda Mar District. Take Highway 1 to Linda Mar and turn left at Linda Mar Blvd and drive to the very end of this street (about two miles). This is Oddstad Blvd., and the large Church Parking lot is right across the street and slightly to the left. Gym phone is 650 359-6820, allow time for answering.
PRESIDIO 1 and 2 - Located on 29th Avenue, between Geary Blvd. and Clement Street. This gym does not have a phone.
Gym does not open until 6:15 pm. Please enter through south door only. Park in large south yard only.
SALESIAN - Located at 680 Filbert Street between Powell and Stockton Streets (east of Columbus Avenue). Gym Director for the Boys season is Randy DeMartini and for the Girls season Joselyn Staley or Ty Debrunner. Gym phone is 397-3068.
SHIPWRECK - Located at 1122 Jamestown Avenue, corner of 3rd Street and Key Street. Gym phone is 467-3802. Gym Director is Deon Otis.
STAR OF THE SEA - Located at 345 8th Avenue, between Geary Blvd. and Clement Street. Gym Director for the Boys season is Ken Muller and for the Girls season is Christine Sellai-Kaniewski. Gym phone is 387-6191. Do not use the Church Parking lot when playing Saturday at 3:00p.m.
TELEGRAPH HILL – Located at 555 Chestnut Street (Between Powell and Mason). Gym Director is Jess Alvarez.
TOWN – Located on 3rd Floor at 2750 Jackson Street. Gym Director is Chesed Reyes.
SVDP - Located at 2350 Green Street, between Steiner and Pierce Streets, west from Fillmore Street. Gym Director is Danny Curran. Gym phone is 931-7868.
