It was a great summer day on November 15th for our Lady Wildcat teams going for the three remaining CYO championships.  With our 4A and 5A teams both playing at 2:00 PM, I was able to watch 5A play a complete match against Cornerstone winning in two games 26-24 and 25-9 at St. Emydius.  Congratulations to coaches Norman Chang, Sharlene Chau and the 5A girls for a perfect season!

While 5A was playing, 4A was at Mission Dolores playing against Holy Name.  The 4A match was similar to 5A's, with our Lady Wildcats winning 25-20 and 25-16.  Congrats to coaches Victor Woo, Sheena Ansarinia and the 4A girls for the other perfect WPL season.

In the final match, you just knew it wasn't going to be easy.  All season long our 6B team made a habit of playing nailbiters.  Against Good Shepherd, coaches Fitz Wong and Sherilyn Lee pulled our 6B girls together to win in three exciting games.

Good evening Wildcat fans!  On a very warm summer evening on November 14th, our 6A Lady Wildcats played at Mission Dolores gym against St. Paul.  In a very tidy two games, Coaches Wayne Lee, Gary Hirano and our Lady Wildcats made it a two-peat by taking home the CYO 6-3 Division Championship. 

Thank you to all the parents, faculty, students, coaches and soon to be Principal Emeritus, Margaret Finley for coming out tonight to cheer our girls on!

So it's one down, and three championship matches tomorrow.  There are two matches at 2:00 PM.  Our 4A team will be at Mission Dolores gym, and our 5A team will be at St. Emydius.  The finale will have our 6B team playing at 4:00 PM at Mission Dolores.  Good luck to all three teams.  Come root for our Lady Wildcats!!
